In this session, I will take a deep delve into Board and Executive Sponsorship and imperatives in enabling long term Talent Management Program success. I'll discuss capacitation of Board and Executive teams so that they provide effective governance oversight, leadership and accountability of the Talent Management Program. I will also explore how Boards and Executive teams can incorporate Coaching and Mentoring as part of sponsorship. I will strongly emphasize the value of clearly defining Talent sponsorship, leadership and championship roles using scorecards and accountability frameworks, as well as measuring impact through relevant metrics.
